We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is a native German speaker with advanced proficiency in English to manage customer inquiries (such as order questions and technical support) for household appliances.

Employment Type: Permanent, with options for 39 or 30 hours per week.
Salary: €1810 gross per month for 39 hours, or €1296 gross per month for 30 hours.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 39 hours: 9 AM - 6 PM / 30 hours: 11 AM - 5 PM.
